“Before Ignite, I felt constrained verbalising my wants and needs, and saw how it impacted my happiness, growth and quality of my se.x life. The journey was a great balance of structure and customization challenging me to make progress between sessions. By the end of the program I no longer feel insecure and guilty. I now feel nervously excited to apply my new free-ness in intimate situations! I could feel some progress happen within the first 2 weeks, and unlocked real break throughs after the 4th week!
